This eco-friendly brand is encouraging consumers to choose home goods made with love and care. Boll & Branch was launched back in 2013, shortly after the Rana Plaza factory collapsed in Bangladesh.

Why are organic cotton sheets important?
From the start Boll & Branch committed to using 100% organic cotton due to the positive impact organic materials have on the planet, the farmers, and the consumer.
Boll & Branch does not use toxins, chlorine or formaldehyde to craft their cotton sheets. AND instead of of pesticides, their farmers plant marigolds.
Organic cotton uses 90% less water than in conventional farming methods, and pays premiums to those who plant, ensuring that they remain debt-free.
Unfortunately genetically modified cotton is known for taking advantage of cotton farmers and leading them into debt. There have been more than 300,000 Indian cotton suicides related to genetically modified cotton debt.
Thankfully Boll & Branch is part of the fair trade cotton revolution advocating for farmers. In 2018 Boll & Branch reported they purchased 2.4 million pounds of Fair Trade seed cotton helping keep 12,800 farmers out of debt. (Stats from Boll & Branch)
Benefits of Sleeping on Organic Cotton Sheets
Sleeping on organic cotton sheets is a safer and healthier choice for consumers. Since organic cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, sleeping on this breathable clean material reduces the risk of breathing in toxic chemicals or having them seep into our skin as we sleep.

Boll & Branch Sheets Review
Jake & I were recently gifted a Boll & Branch Signature Hemmed Sheet Set.
These cozy sheets are ethically made with 100% organic cotton. They are incredibly soft (some of the softest sheets I've ever had) and I appreciate the heavy feel to the cotton.
While I’ve only had my new sheets a couple months, I can tell these sheets are high quality and crafted to last just from the feel.
Along with loving the feel of the bed sheets, I love the clean look of the hem on the flat sheet and the snug fit of the fitted sheet. They make our space feel put together.
We were gifted the white sheet set, but they have a variety of neutral color options including mist, stone, shore, and more.
We love these organic sheets! They're easy to care for, I just wash them in cold water and tumble dry. If I cared about wrinkles (which I don't) I would use a warm iron to give them a crisp feel.
These sheets come with multiple third party certifications including the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 which means the product was tested for harmful substances, along with the GOTS Certified Organic Cotton certification.
We can get a good night's sleep confidently knowing we are sleeping on clean quality materials and don’t have to worry about breathing in anything harmful.

2023 Boll & Branch Sheet Review Update
We were gifted these great sheets back in 2020 and are still using them three years later. I'm incredibly impressed by how well the Boll & Branch Sheet set has held up over the years.
We continue to machine wash them and they have held up throughout the years. It's clear these sheets are well made and durable. The sheets continue to have a smooth feel after all these years which is great.
If you're looking for organic sheets I think Boll & Branch is a brand worth trying and well worth the price point. They also have a great return policy allowing customers 30 days from delivery to try out the sheets and make a decision about keeping or returning.
More bonuses? Boll & Branch has many different styles of sheets with different colors and patterns. The boll and branch signature sheets are made with long-staple cotton and are so soft.
They also offer percale sheets, light and airy linen sheets, cool chambray sheets, warm and velvety flannel sheets, and the silky reserve sheets that feel like satin.
